These terms apply to the SendRec platform (app.sendrec.eu), the sendrec.eu website, and any associated services.

Account and use

You may create an account to use SendRec for recording, storing, and sharing video messages. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or to distribute content that violates the rights of others.

Your content

You retain ownership of all videos and content you create with SendRec. We do not claim any rights over your content. By using the sharing features, you grant us a limited license to store and serve your content to the recipients you specify.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional email updates about SendRec. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Intellectual property

The SendRec name, logo, and website content are the property of the SendRec project. The SendRec open-source software is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPLv3).

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which the operator resides.
