These terms apply to the sendrec.eu website and waitlist. The SendRec product is not yet available. Product-specific terms will be published when the product launches.
Waitlist
By joining the SendRec waitlist, you agree to receive occasional email updates about the product's development and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or binding commitment.
Intellectual property
The SendRec name, logo, and website content are the property of the SendRec project. The SendRec open-source software (when released) will be licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPLv3).
Limitation of liability
This website and waitlist are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which the operator resides.
