Who we are

SendRec is an async video messaging platform operated from the European Union. This policy covers the sendrec.eu website and waitlist.

What data we collect

When you sign up for our waitlist, we collect your email address only. We do not collect names, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or any other personal data from the waitlist form.

How we store your data

Waitlist emails are stored on our own self-hosted Listmonk instance, running on EU-based servers (Hetzner, Germany). Your data never leaves the European Union and is not shared with any third-party email service.

Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free, open-source analytics tool. We self-host Umami on our own EU-based servers (Hetzner, Germany). No personal data is collected. No cookies are set. No data is shared with third parties. Umami is fully GDPR compliant without requiring a cookie banner.

This website does not use cookies. No cookie banner is needed.

Third-party services

This website does not load any external fonts, CDN scripts, tracking pixels, or third-party resources. All assets (fonts, images, scripts) are served from sendrec.eu.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@sendrec.eu. We will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on the waitlist. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send, and your data will be deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product develops. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
